Your chatbot build is designed with many "done-for-you" sequences that are specific to your company's niche; however, to start we must extract as many details about your brand as possible! Now that we've completed your custom chatbot build, it is time to "put our heads together" in order to fine-tune the platform. More specifically, we will outline your customer avatar or your company's ideal audience; and, even though your platform is 100% DFY it is important to us that we carefully and thoroughly explain all aspects of the platform. Next, because our bots have the capability to integrate with many of the apps your business is already using, we will walk you thru the proper setup of them all. Finally, in step 2 we will come together to define your company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as define specific, measurable goals for your chatbot platform.

Next, for the 3rd step...it's an important step because we begin to engage your audience with your company's solutions for their pain points!

Immediately, we will begin building your list of high-quality leads from audience interaction with your FB Messenger. In addition, we will immediately launch a re-targeting campaign by messaging all past and present clients with a coupon/discount/promotion of your choice. With these two sequences, Legacy Digital will set your company up with all of the necessary FB Pixels & Google Analytics Tags needed to begin to shape lookalike audiences and to capture specific data that your company would like to see.

For this part of our launch, Legacy Digital will work closely with your company's marketing pros to launch company-specific Facebook Ad Campaign(s). Keep in mind the budget for FB Ads is not included in the different chatbot tiers; however, all other aspects of FB Ads will be completed by Legacy Digital FB experts! In addition to the ads, it is at this stage where we will implement your Customer Service chat on your company's website. And depending on the tier level you've selected, we will also build out the chatbot growth tools!

We've done all the work for you and now it's time to measure results! At least once every week, our consultants will call you (or the person designated) in order to discuss our progress. We will review the multiple forms of analytics in place to measure your KPIs and we will discuss potential new methods promising even better results! In addition, we will share our proprietary scaling methods for Facebook Advertising and further optimize our active campaign(s).
